Information you give us
•Waitlist form: your name, email address, ZIP code, and optionally your pet’s name and breed and how you heard about us.
•AI stylist: photos of your pet that you upload, and the style choices you make. Please upload photos of your pet only, with no people in them.
•Messages: anything you send us by email, phone or text.
Information collected automatically
•Device and browser type, pages visited, links clicked, referring site, approximate location (city level), and the date and time of your visit.
•This is collected through cookies and similar technologies set by Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
How we use your information
•To run the AI stylist: detect your pet’s breed and suggest grooming styles.
•To train and improve our AI stylist using uploaded pet photos.
•To manage the waitlist and email you about our studio opening, early booking and news. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
•To understand how people use our sites and improve them.
•To measure and improve our advertising.
Pet photos
Photos you upload to the AI stylist are processed by Google’s Gemini image model (Nano Banana) to generate grooming previews. We also use uploaded photos to train and improve our AI stylist. You can ask us to delete your photos at any time by emailing info@dukeanddaisy.com.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Duke & Daisy:
•Tilda (website and waitlist form)
•MailerLite (email)
•Google Analytics (site analytics)
•Meta (advertising measurement through Meta Pixel)
•Google Gemini (Nano Banana) (processes uploaded pet photos)
•DigitalOcean (hosts the AI stylist)
We do not sell your personal information. Our use of Meta Pixel for advertising may count as “sharing” under California law. You can opt out as described below.
We may also disclose information if required by law.

If you live in California, you have the right to:
•know what personal information we collect and how we use it;
•ask us to delete or correct your personal information;
•opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
•not be treated differently for using these rights.
